Refund Policy

1. Your Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your goods - without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition, with intact packaging and seals.
  • You must contact us before returning the product to arrange the process.

Products that have been opened, damaged after receipt, or returned after the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@plantligament.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order reference and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm the return address and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked postal service - we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or other agreed method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. We will contact you to arrange this.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used food supplement products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Products returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@plantligament.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
